Dermapen
What is dermapen?
The dermapen procedure uses a specialized device to create microchannels in the skin, helping to increase the levels of hyaluronic acid and collagen naturally present in the skin.
Dermapen treatment is an effective solution for common skin issues such as acne scars, enlarged pores, sunspots, stretch marks, skin sagging, and wrinkles.
During the Dermapen procedure, microscopic channels are created to deliver vitamins under the skin, aiding in the healing of the treated area. To reduce discomfort, an anesthetic cream may be applied approximately 30 minutes before the procedure.
Dermapen features micro-needles with depths of 0.50 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, and 2.5 mm. During the procedure, the Dermapen is moved vertically across the skin. Active ingredients are applied to the skin after the microchannels are created and left for a period to allow absorption.
The procedure induces low to moderate controlled damage to the skin, stimulating collagen and hyaluronic acid production to promote skin renewal and address skin concerns.
